The Aventura has an interlinked center tread section which ensures optimum grip and low rolling resistance. The interlocking knobs in the shoulder area provide cornering stability and give excellent feedback. The triangular knobs adapt to a wide variety of surfaces and ensure optimum grip on asphalt roads, gravel roads and even grass and loose soil. The 120 TPI carcass provides lower rolling resistance and comfort in a wide range of conditions.
The Aventura is designed as a “Tubeless Ready” (TLR) tyre, but can also be used as an ordinary tyre with a tube. Vredestein has integrated its tried and tested Sportex Protection Layer (SPL) system, which, in combination with TLR, minimises the risk of punctures. The TLR tyre reduces rolling resistance and offers comfort, grip and maximum puncture protection. The tyre can deform more easily, which improves the contact area on loose ground and unpaved roads.
With the Aventura, which combines different compounds in the middle section of the tread and in the shoulder tread pattern, Vredestein is introducing its proven “TriComp” technology to the Gravel segment. The interlinked middle section has a harder compound for lower rolling resistance, while the shoulder lugs are made of a softer compound to provide greater cornering stability – a true all-rounder.
Note: Tubeless Ready tyres require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
